As a Senior Vice President in the Newport Beach office, Brett Butler leads a highly accomplished team of professionals in the acquisition and disposition of retail, office, industrial, sale-leaseback and portfolio net lease properties. His care for and commitment to his clients has allowed him to cultivate and foster strong relationships with the top developers, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT), and private investors nationwide.

Prior to Northmarq, Butler served as Senior Director at Stan Johnson Company. Butler’s attention to detail and client focus has enabled him to secure more than $1 billion in total transaction volume since 2009.

With over 10 years of commercial real estate experience, Butler is well regarded and sought out for his advice and expertise on intricate transactions.
