Jack Morrell

Based in Northmarq’s Newport Beach office, Jack Morrell is an associate of Commercial Investment Sales on Brett Butler’s team. Jack specializes in the disposition and acquisition of net lease assets nationwide. He works with a multitude of clients from private investors to developers, providing his expertise in investment sales where needed.

Before joining Northmarq, Jack worked at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services where he started his real estate career. At Matthews, Jack worked as an associate in investment sales focusing on net lease retail properties, more specifically focusing on Starbucks and Burger King tenanted properties. There, he was able to work with a multitude of investors and build a strong understanding of the commercial real estate retail market.

Jack attended the University of Colorado, Boulder where he got his bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in business emphasizing in real estate.
