Brad Cohen

Brad Cohen is a senior vice president in Northmarq’s Denver office where he specializes in office, retail and industrial Investment Sales throughout the Mountain Region. His team’s primary focus is originating, structuring and executing commercial investment sales for institutional, corporate and private owners of commercial real estate. 

Brad began his career in 2002 when he launched Transwestern’s Mountain Investment Services Group. The team quickly became one of the most formidable investment sales teams in the market and was consistently ranked among the top 5% of Transwestern producers nationwide since 2010. In 2013, Brad completed the largest office sale transaction (6.2 million square feet) in the U.S. since 2011. An 18-year industry veteran with a proven track record of success, Brad has completed 20 million square feet of transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $2.5 billion. 

Brad has experience working with clients such as: Berkadia, Cornerstone, CW Capital, DPC Companies, Koll Development Group, Lone Star/Hudson Advisors, LNR Partners, Oaktree Capital, Prudential, State Farm and Westsside Investment Partners. He has also completed the CCIM core curriculum. 

Brad holds a B.S. in Business Management, University of Colorado at Boulder and is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado.
