About Amy

As Director of Business Intelligence, Amy Ward leads Northmarq’s innovative technology solutions, providing proprietary data and intelligence to our clients to help them make effective decisions, maximize value and execute efficiently their real estate transactions.

Before joining Northmarq, Ward served as the Director of Business Intelligence and Information Technology at Stan Johnson Company. With Stan Johnson Company since 2013, Ward has a passion for organizational health and performance achieved when the firm’s people, processes and systems are at their best. She is focused on fostering collaboration, innovation and insights across all offices, teams and individuals through our industry-leading digital platform.

Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Ward spent more than 25 years as a management consultant serving Fortune 500 clients in the high-tech manufacturing, business communications and healthcare vertical markets, where she led national strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, sales enablement and organizational change.
