About Harold

Harold Briggs is responsible for the leadership and overall direction of Northmarq’s commercial investment sales force, including company expansion plans, recruiting producers nationwide, establishing additional branches and supporting overall company growth initiatives. Prior to joining Northmarq, Briggs served as a Managing Partner and Sales Leader of the West Region at Stan Johnson Company. During his tenure, Stan Johnson Company expanded to eight regional offices, grown annual sales volume by over 600 percent and exceeded $3 billion in annual net lease investment sales.

Briggs brings extensive Fortune 100 management experience to Northmarq, including over 25 years with IBM, where he served as a worldwide client executive and business unit executive for MCI/Worldcom, covering mid-market telecommunications, media, entertainment and utility clients for IBM’s western region.
