About Scott

Scott Frank is a Senior Vice President in Northmarq’s Portland office primarily focused on the sale of retail properties throughout the Pacific Northwest with both private and institutional clients.

Prior to Northmarq, Frank first joined CPX (formerly Capital Pacific) as a runner in 1999 and was the first broker to make the transition from a support role to full-time broker in the company’s history. He was with the company since nearly its inception and was an integral part of the growth of CPX into the top real estate investment company in the Pacific Northwest. 

Frank is a member of ICSC and has been involved with the First Tee of Portland. He earned a degree in economics from Oregon State University in 1998 and is a licensed broker in Oregon and Washington.
