About Peter

Peter Dunn is a Vice President in Northmarq’s Portland office. Dunn has more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience focusing on retail and office sales in the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain West. His clients range from one-time private 1031 exchange buyers, to high-net-worth family offices and institutional investors. Sourcing opportunities for his clients, Dunn has worked on assignments from downtown urban cores, to some of the most tertiary markets in the west, and everything in between.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Dunn served as Senior Broker for CPX (formerly Capital Pacific) for over 10 years since joining the firm in 2013. Prior to CPX, he was an office leasing broker in Downtown Portland for Cushman & Wakefield in 2010.
