About Michael
Michael J. Macchia is an Associate Vice President located in Northmarq’s New York City office. Macchia specializes in the acquisition and disposition of net lease investment properties across the country and has aided in many successful transactions during his tenure with the firm, approaching $200 million in total team transactions. As a part of Jimmy Ullrich’s team, Macchia has a particular focus on industrial and office net lease properties.
Before joining Northmarq, Macchia served as Associate Director in Stan Johnson Company’s New York office. Prior to his Associate role, Macchia held an internship with Stan Johnson Company. He worked directly under two lead brokers by assisting with clients as buyer and seller representation for net lease investment properties. In addition, Macchia helped the corporate finance team develop and continue sale-leaseback market research.
