About Michael

Michael Kapnick is a Vice President in Northmarq’s Portland office. He is a skilled real estate professional having performed numerous brokerage, consulting and valuation engagements during his 32-year career. Kapnick’s real estate experience includes the sale of over $800 million of office, retail and industrial buildings throughout the Pacific Northwest. 

Kapnick started his career in 1991 working in the Chicago area for Marvin F. Poer & Co. and then Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group. He joined the Portland office of Marcus & Millichap in 1997 where he worked until he moved to Capital Pacific (CPX) in September of 2021.
