About Lance

Lance Sasser is a Vice President in Northmarq’s Portland office. He has more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience focusing on investment sales in the Northwest including Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and Alaska. His client base ranges from private high-net-worth families and West Coast-based real estate companies (public and private) to local exchange buyers. Sasser brings firsthand knowledge of nearly every town in the six-state region from his days cataloging markets.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Sasser served as Senior Broker for CPX (formerly Capital Pacific) where he started his real estate career in 2010. Before going into full-time brokerage, he served as the company’s Director of Research and Analytics where he lead a team of research anaylsts and financial analysts/underwriters.
