About Kermit

Kermit Hairston is a Senior Associate in Northmarq’s Atlanta market. As a 30-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Hairston is a skilled negotiator who has represented clients with a high level of expertise and efficiency throughout the sales cycle. He has represented a Fortune 500 client in acquiring over 400 lease locations in every major market in the United States and in parts of the Caribbean. Before joining Northmarq, Hairston served as an Associate at Stan Johnson Company.

Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Hairston served as Investment Advisor with Shane Investment Property Group. While in this role, he specialized in the acquisition and disposition of retail investment properties. He has held a variety of positions in sales, tenant representation, and as president of a commercial real estate brokerage company.
