About Katie

Katie Elliott is a Vice President in Northmarq’s Atlanta office where she specializes in sale leaseback transactions nationally. Elliott has over twelve years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, completing over $1 billion in transactions. Her clients range from private equity firms, institutions, family offices and corporate occupiers. Elliott’s attention to the detailed points of both financial and non-financial criteria and strategic approach to transactions make her an invaluable advisor to clients as they progress through transactions. Elliott was promoted to Vice President in early 2023 after serving as an Associate Vice President. Prior to joining Northmarq, Elliott served as an Associate Director at Stan Johnson Company.

Before Stan Johnson Company, Elliott was a Vice President at JLL in both their Atlanta and Madrid offices while focusing on tenant representation as well as investment sales. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Elliott worked at Smithsonian Magazine and served as a volunteer in community health development with the Peace Corps in Guyana, South America.
