Josh Adams is an Associate in Northmarq’s Dallas office. He specializes in investment sales and advisory services focusing on net leased properties with critical attributes and essential tenants. Utilizing extensive experience in client engagement, project management, and data analytics, Adams leverages his expertise to prepare market evaluations, develop and execute custom disposition plans, and present tailored investment opportunities to qualified purchasers.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Adams worked at Lone Star Analysis, a solutions provider offering predictive and prescriptive analytics and guided artificial intelligence in the Aerospace & Defense, Manufacturing & Industrial, Oil & Gas, and Transportation & Logistics industries. As Director of Training Solutions, he focused on delivering and growing enterprise optimization solutions for customers with high-value assets employed in training environments.
