Jonathan Thompson

Jonathan Thompson is a senior associate on the Commercial Investment Sales team led by Jeff Hughes in Northmarq’s Tulsa office. Jonathan specializes in net lease medical, industrial and retail properties nationwide. 

Before joining Northmarq, Jonathan served as an associate at Stan Johnson Company. Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Jonathan worked primarily as an office-leasing broker in Oklahoma City and Edmond, Oklahoma, representing large portfolio owners. He was named a Costar Power Broker in both 2021 and 2022 and oversaw the leasing of 300,000 square feet of Class A office space while finding a niche representing investment-grade tenants in his markets. 

Jonathan graduated from Oklahoma State University with degrees in finance, accounting and entrepreneurship. He then graduated from the University of Denver with a master’s in real estate and construction management, specializing in public/private partnership in developments.
