David Clary

David Clary is a senior vice president in Northmarq’s Tulsa, Oklahoma, office. Representing individual and institutional buyers and sellers in transactions ranging from $1 million to $100 million, David has closed transactions totaling more than $4 billion. 

Before Northmarq, David served as a senior director and partner at Stan Johnson Company. With an extensive financial background and his attention to detail, David is widely regarded as an expert in zero cash flow structured transactions and successfully manages institutional client relationships. With responsibilities in finance, business development, acquisitions and divestitures, David worked for Mapco and The Williams Companies before joining Stan Johnson Company. 

David holds an M.B.A. and a B.S.B.A. in marketing from the University of Tulsa.
