About Dana

Dana Summers is a Senior Vice President located in Phoenix, Arizona. With over twenty years of commercial real estate experience, Summers specializes in the investment brokerage of self-storage properties across the U.S. His extensive experience in commercial real estate has earned him a strong reputation with private capital markets, family offices, syndicators, REIT’s, pension funds, endowment funds, financial institutions, and institutional investors.

Before joining Northmarq, Summers served as a Senior Director at Stan Johnson Company. Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Summers worked with CBRE as a Senior Vice President. During this time, he was directly involved in structuring and closing more than $7 billion in debt, equity, and capital markets transactions throughout Arizona and the U.S.

Summers holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University. He is the proud father of two children, Jackson and Kaitlyn. Summers likes to spend his time golfing, hiking, or watching his son and daughter play club baseball and club volleyball.
