About Chris

Chris Adams is Vice President and specializes in net lease investment sales. Utilizing a strong knowledge of the national markets, specialized property types, and tenant trends, Adams leverages his expertise to prepare market evaluations, develop and execute custom marketing plans, and present tailored investment opportunities to qualified purchasers.

Adams works with buyers, sellers, capital partners, and tenants nationwide. He targets properties with critical components including most industrial uses, medical buildings, multi-function corporate campuses, cold storage buildings, data centers, storage and manufacturing facilities, and other specialized uses.

Prior to Northmarq, Adams served as Associate Director in Stan Johnson Company’s Dallas office in 2018. Before Stan Johnson Company, Adams was a Senior Associate with Marcus & Millichap, where he focused on investment sales of commercially leased properties nationwide. Before that, Adams served as Chief Operating Officer at ILS Technologies, a leading support and software development firm.
